Next Story Group was one of Eight Communications foundation clients. We were tasked with managing corporate communications for the group as well as managing PR for 9 of their hotels, spanning Next, Sage, Ink and Kafnu brands.

The Solution

Eight Communications embarked on what would be a 2-year project on raising the corporate profile of Next Story Group and their CEO as well as hosting countless media famils, small media events, hotel and new brand announcements. Eight Communications worked as an extension of the Next Story Group team which was based in Singapore, and was the point person for all PR and communication-led enquiries from the hotels, as well as media. In essence, Eight Communications was the 24/7 press office for all matters relating to Next Story Group and their associated hotels.

Results

Eight Communications successfully raised the corporate profile for Next Story Group, as well as consumer awareness and PR for its 9 hotels in Australia. Through corporate profiling, executing hotel announcements and individual hotel PR, Eight Communications produced well over 350 unique media clips across online and print platforms.
