The largest and most versatile event space in Perth, which include a convention level and event spaces that feature over 2,500sqm of versatile function areas, and two ballrooms with dedicated pre-function spaces. Set against the backdrop of Perth’s riverfront and cultural heart, Pan Pacific Perth’s transformation blends luxury with purpose, reflecting Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s (PPHG) deep commitment to sustainability. Innovative features include decorative panels made from repurposed denim, hand-pressed natural herbs, and furniture made of 100% recycled oceans plastics, each crafted to reduce waste and celebrate natural materials. PPHG was also recently recognised as the first hospitality brand in Oceania to receive the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) Multi-site certification for all six of its Australian properties, highlighting its leadership in sustainable hospitality.

Executive Chef Xerxes Bodhanwala’s new menu brings together all corners of South America, from the highlands of Peru, to the busy streets of Chile, through the soul of Brazil, and the ancient spirit of Machu Picchu.
The restaurant, a favorite among locals and visitors alike, continues to push the boundaries of gastronomic creativity, offering a blend of Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese influences within its new signature South American-inspired menu. Pan Pacific Perth is the largest of PPHG’s six properties in Australia and a flagship expression of the brand.
