To celebrate being the Official Hotel Partner for the Sydney season of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Kimpton Margot Sydney has launched a 3-course Beauty and the Beast inspired pre-theatre dinner and cocktail menu.
The enchanting and timeless tale of Beauty and the Beast has been brought to life in a reimagined production boasting all the spectacle and grandeur audiences know and love, including a stellar Australian cast, spectacular new sets, costume designs and state-of-the-art technology.
Drawing inspiration from the new stage production, the Beauty and the Beast themed 3-course pre-theatre dinner menu is available in Luke Mangan’s one-hat restaurant, Luke’s Kitchen from 5pm every Tuesday to Saturday from 22 June 2023 for just $87 per person .
Guests can delight in uniquely themed dishes such as Soup Du Jour, Cheese Souffle (double baked cheese souffle with gruyere and cheddar cheese) or Plumette Cups BBQ for entree, Fish A La Belle (turmeric & semolina crusted barramundi with saffron aioli and hazelnut dressing) Bimbettes Gnocchi (with seasonal vegetables and hazelnut dressing) or Beef Cheek Ragout for main and the choice of The Grey Stuff (profiterole, coconut ice cream and dulce de leche) or Strawberries in Champagne for dessert.
Following the show, the Wilmot Bar promises an enchanted evening with a selection of Beauty and the Beast inspired cocktails on offer including La Belle Enfant (aviation gin, cherry brandy liqueur, yuzu citrus juice, egg whites and Taittinger Champagne), The Chimera (brandy, Frangelico, mozart white chocolate, fresh cream and Kahlua) and The Versailles Dream (Ciroc Vodka, camomile tea, Luke Mangan’s secret syrup, butterfly pea powder and soda water).
The Beauty and the Beast inspired pre-theatre menu is available in Luke’s Kitchen from 5pm every Tuesday to Saturday until 28 January 2024.
