Gather a group of your best and most fashionable friends, and prepare your taste buds for a culinary journey of delicious delicacies, including the Floral Lace Macaroon, an explosive combination of strawberry mascarpone with rose champagne jello. Highlights also include the Soirée Stunner, a tantalising fusion of salted hazelnut chocolate foam with bronze crackle and a touch of 24-carat gold dust for a truly opulent touch, and the Celestial Carry, a celestial-inspired treat that will leave you in awe. Finish things off with the Golden Elixir Passionfruit cube, perfectly complemented by blood orange lemon balm gel and a delightful golden croustillant cluster.

The Fashion High Tea experience will be held at the property’s Dock 37 Bar and Kitchen, and will be available every Friday to Sunday, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, until Thursday, 30th November. The adult high tea package starts at $79 per person, with the option to add a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne for $99 per person. Children can also experience the offering for just $49 per person.
