Pumphouse Sydney, located in the heart of Sydney’s Darling Square, is ready to keep diners fed, watered and toasty this winter with the launch of its new ‘Smoker Sundays’ menu. We all know that the best Sundays are slow, smoked and saucy, and now thanks to the newly-renovated venue, guests can enjoy a delish menu of rotating roast meat dishes for just $25.

Tender menu highlights include shredded briskets and American BBQ smoked pork ribs with corn cobettes and green beans. To compliment your smoked meats, grab a perfectly balanced bloody mary, like ‘The Don’ with tequila, red tomato juice and all the trimmings.

Available on Sunday, and all week round, Pumphouse Sydney has also unveiled a new barrel-aged cocktail menu, giving guests the option of having their libation smoked with a choice of specially selected wood chips. Favourites like the Negroni, Boulevardier, Vieux Carre and Sazerac can now be elevated in flavour with apple wood, cherry wood, American oak, pecan wood, pear wood or beech wood chips.

If that wasn’t going to keep you warm enough, during this winter period guests can also enjoy Pumphouse Sydney’s exclusive ‘Winter Warmer’ specials, including a house potato gnocchi with wild mushrooms or potato rostis, both featuring seasonal Australian black truffle.

“Sundays set the tone for the week, and at Pumphouse Sydney we are excited to be offering guests a delicious and unique way to round out their weekend. Smoked meats make the perfect winter menu, and along with our truffle specials and new beverage offerings, there is something for everyone,” said Executive Chef, Anthony Kirk
